Montevergo's info
In the small village of Westloch, its lord Montevergo a small group of adventurers to take care of a local problem. There have been rumors of goblins raiding travelling caravans along the road leading to and exiting the town.
His brother Nathaniel died in the forest and he is certain it was by the work of the goblins. He has also seen one of them waving his brother's sword around.
Although these claims have no substantial truth other than the sword, Montevergo wants you to investigate the surrounding areas. He is trying to increase to safety to raise the number of travelers and merchants of his town and improve the local economy.
He gives them a basic map of the surrounding lands and gives them an introduction to the townspeople;
Alayna: Witch/Herbalist
Old woman, knows everything about local herbs, plants and fruits. Has a very young daughter called Trissy.
Aloïssius: Poet Chief of Guards
Poet at heart, singer only in dreams.
Amos: Hunter
Doesn't speak with many other than with Raik, Yosef and Montevergo. Lives outside of town. Brings animals to Yosef who trades him supplies.
Arith: Messenger
Spirit of adventure resides in this young man.
Ashelle: Beautiful Maiden betrothed to Debarco
Planned marriage when her father Raik realize she would turn into a beautiful young woman.
Balthazar: Blacksmith
No talk only business, only thing he cares about is improving his art.
Brother Bennett: Priest
Kind and helpful, will never deny food or shelter to the poor.
Debarco: Son of Montevergo
Entitled and arrogant. Expects people to love him.
Fortun: Trader
Foreign man, dark skinned. Loves women almost as much as he loves money. Hard to bargain with.
Kiznol Bottlebane: Dwarf Innkeeper
Loves meeting new people and having drinks with them. Will outdrink most people.
Montevergo: Kind Lord of town (also most beautiful man)
Knows everyone in town by name, tax only the bare minimum, only thing he cares about is making the town grow. Father of Debarco and younger brother of the deceased Nathaniel.
Nathaniel: Airhead (Deceased)
Montevergo's brother, died from goblin assault.
Myrth: Barmaid
Friendly to everyone, loves talking with every customer. Somewhat of a flirt.
Raik: Forester
Lives with his daughter Ashelle in the outskirts of the town. Very protective of her and only wants best for her.
Sarina: Barmaid
Wants nothing less than to leave the town. Why she didn't leave yet, who knows.
Söthe: Wizard and Librarian
Has the highest of all high horses, looks down at non magic users.
Trissy: Little girl
Walks around with her teddy bear. She is very young.
Yosef: Butcher
Loves blood (he's weird about it too). Buys supplies from Fortun to trade for Amos' hunts.
