Ustaria
City of Felvyne
Felvyne is a city state that acts as a huge commercial hub for Ustarian-Uspyan and Ustarian-Ebrarian trading, also greatly helping with inter-provincial relationships.
The history of Felvyne is one of subjugation and wealth disparity, with its roots grounded on the foundations of a Dwarven city; the dwarfish citizens slaughtered, pillaged, broken as a people and displaced. Many dwarves still live in the city, all know of their past but most have come to accept their conditions as they have been given many honours in these days.
The city of Felvyne has grown much after the war in between Ustaria and Ebraria, especially on the shaky border cities of both provinces. Since then, most merchants from Ebraria tend to avoid the barrack cities that would lead them straight into the capital of Ustaria and happily take the longer route through Felvyne. The resulting wealth has marked Felvyne as central for trade which caught the attention of many Uspyan traders who would now often take a short detour to pass by this city.
Felvyne's main streets are wide enough to fit 6 carts side-by-side and all lead to the center's trading square. The city itself is split into three districts, the districts of gold, brick and marble. Gold for the bankers, artisans and craftsmen, brick for the lower class, workers and slaves, and marble for the wealthy and aristocrats which are interchangeable in this city.
The city of Felvyne is a Plutocracy, a system of government ruled by the wealthy. The legislative branch that holds the power to change the laws is controlled by a parliament whose seats are gained through 2 requirements; first to be a citizen of Felvyne and second through contributions to the city's funds.

When all has been lost and but the soul remains, only then will a man's true self be revealed.
